It can also lead to weird aliasing issues in some contexts like shimmering of thin fonts when scrolling, as well as rendering in general not being pixel-perfect. This causes apps to need to render a bunch of pixels that are mostly scaled away, consuming power and sometimes causing lag. ![]()
